 Is everything on the site authentic?

Yes, every single item listed on the site is guaranteed authentic. I only source my products directly from authorised retailers or directly from the factories of manufacture. The used items / items consigned are carefully inspected by me prior to listing on the site.

The prices are much cheaper than RRP, how can they be genuine?

The majority of stock available online is end of line or previous season, it's obtained in large quantities allowing me to pass the affordable prices onto you as a consumer. 

Is everything brand new?

The vast majority of items on the site is Brand New with Tags, however some items may be used - this is displayed clearly in the description.

Is it possible to return an order?

YES, I offer a 14 day return policy for exchange or credit voucher only. I do not offer cash refunds as all stock is sale stock. Prior to purchasing ensure you are certain you want the item. I would advise conducting some individual research to be certain.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and returned items should be shipped by "signed for" delivery.
